FAQs

What if I have a call to take while I'm coworking?

It is absolutely fine to take video calls or phone calls while in our open coworking space. If it is something you are presenting on or is a long call, you can use our phone booth or any available meeting room. Use your judgment to be respectful of others working.

What is the committment? Is there a contract?

We have a 30-day notice of cancellation policy for any monthly plan, including coworking, mail service, and office space. For monthly office memberships, if you need documentation of a longer-term arrangement, we are happy to provide a contract that is 6 months or one year.

Is virtual office the same as mail service?

There are several terms that are used for the use of a business mailing address. You will see virtual office, virtual mail, and business mailing address used interchangeably. See our blog post here.

How do I sign up for mail service?

Sign up on the Mail Service Page and we will send you forms to complete.

How do I get signed up?

Please book a tour to come in for a visit first. If the times listed are not convenient for you, please reach out to info@workawaysolutions.com with a day/time request.

Once we find that WorkAway is a good fit for you, we will get you signed up.

Can I bring a guest?

If you are a coworking member, you may have a guest for up to 2 hours. Beyond that, they should purchase a half-day or full-day pass. Office members may have unlimited guests.

We encourage you to invite your family to see where you work. There is a cafe downstairs where you could have breakfast or lunch together.

What is available in the kitchen area?

We have a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, utensils, mugs, glasses and dishware. We offer a variety of snacks as well as soft drinks, coffee, tea, and water.

Can I bring in my own food?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring food in for conference room bookings or in our work space. There is a refrigerator that can be used as well.

Do I have to pay to park?

Parking is free, and there is easy access from the rear of the building or through the side double glass doors for elevator access. There are also two electric vehicle charging stations in the back parking lot.

What is your health and safety policy?

As a general rule, if you are not feeling well, please do not come in. In this case sharing is not caring. ;-)

As an update due to COVID-19:

  • If you have symptoms of COVID-19 please test yourself for the health and safety of others. If you test positive, we ask you to follow CDC guidelines.
  • We sanitize shared desks and surfaces at the end of each day and place a card on the desk indicating that it has been cleaned.
  • We are well stocked with hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and bleach/water solutions for cleaning throughout the day.
